HOW IT WORKS

 You reserve the package, location and time-slot, we deliver the set-up, assemble it and return to pick it up.

The Rundown

Where

Beach: We set-up at set beach locations in order to host multiple reservations in a day. These locations balance beauty and privacy with access to parking and restrooms. See all current locations here. Custom locations require additional fees on Weekdays (M-Th) and Full Day or Full Location buyouts on Weekends (F-Sun) pending package: Inquire

When

Arrival Time: We require guests to arrive within 15 minutes of the start time so our team can get to other obligations. Late fees: $40 at 30 minutes after start time; $20 for every 15 min thereafter. Departure: Our team will return at the end. Guests must wait to depart until host returns. If you’d like to leave early, we require a minimum of 30 mins notice so host can return.

FAQ

How long does a picnic last?

The duration of a picnic is 90 minutes. However, the time can be extended for an additional fee in private locations!

What size picnics do you offer?

We specialize in picnics containing 2-8 guests.

What kind of food is included?

We work with Fig & Ginger Honolulu to bring you specialty grazing boards and treats. They provide us with brunch boxes, charcuterie boxes and vegan crudités, all drool worthy!

We also work with hipp bakes to provide the most beautiful cakes & cupcakes. Check for availability, two week minimum preferred on cake orders.

Where do you set up?

We have some favorite spots to suggest. If you have somewhere in mind, let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate your location.

Do you provide alcohol?

We provide Sparkling water and Juice, we do not provide alcohol.

Does every picnic look the same?

No, it does not! We offer a selection of different styles/locations and we will work with your preferences to create one that speaks to you!

How and when do I pay?

Payment is due in full within 24 hours of booking to secure your date. Included in that, is a 50% non-refundable deposit. We accept all major credit cards through GoPayment by Intuit QuickBooks and can accept Venmo as well.

What happens if it rains?

If your picnic is scheduled to be outdoors we can pivot to your home or other covered location if possible. Notify us 48 hours in advance if you’d like to discuss possible options. Rescheduling your event after the 48 hour mark could result in additional fees.

What is the cancellation policy?

All Cancellations forfeit the 50% non-refundable deposit. Life happens and we understand that! Should you need to cancel, you have 30 days to reschedule and we will apply the deposit to your next scheduled picnic. Otherwise, we will refund you 50% back. If your picnic is cancelled within 72 hours the cost of a new grazing board will be added to your rescheduled picnic price.

How far in advance should I book?

To provide you with an exceptional guest experience, we require 48-72 hours before the requested date. We can absolutely attempt to accommodate you short notice, but the further in advance you book - the better!
